Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance with codes, standards, regulations, equipment specifications, QMS, and Project Quality Plan (PQP) requirements
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to verify product quality against design parameters and BCA’s Good Industry Practice guidelines
• Supervise and manage all visual inspections and Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT), including those carried out by subcontractors
• Monitor corrective actions, process improvements, and defect rectification across all trades
• Develop and execute QA/QC plans, prepare reports, and assist in QM submissions
• Manage testing requirements as per contracts
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain QA/QC records for audits and compliance

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in QA/QC, Engineering, or Construction‑related field
• Minimum 5 years QA/QC experience in the local construction industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles and experience with QMS implementation
• Proficiency in construction management software and QA/QC documentation tools
• BCA CONQUAS/Quality Mark certification preferred
