Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a final-year diploma student to join as an intern focusing on software quality assurance, testing, and automation in Singapore. You will gain hands-on experience validating requirements, designing test scenarios, and building automated tests with Katalon and Playwright.

You will work with project teams to improve software quality and reliability, document defects, and learn how QA fits into the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business and system requirements to develop test scenarios and cases.
• Execute functional and edge-case testing to ensure quality.
• Prepare test data and support testing throughout the SDLC.
• Investigate and track defects to resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and validate behavior.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts with Katalon/Playwright after manual testing.
