The Opportunity

Heraeus Materials Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a talented QA Technician to join their team. In this full-time role, you will be based in the Ang Mo Kio office, playing a crucial part in ensuring the quality and standards of the company's products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform ICP‑OES analysis and other lab activities to support the manufacturing of our product.
• Organize and maintain lab document and records, proper housekeeping and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain optimum inventory level for pure metals, master alloys and lab supplies through proper planning and scheduling.
• Troubleshoot and solve the daily analysis related issues. Review analysis report periodically for abnormalities.
• Update statistical data and monitor SPC trend.
• Enforce and ensure compliances to 7S requirements and ICP lab procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain proper backup and functioning of various databases in the lab.
• Plan daily activities to improve the lab workflow and efficiency.
• Ad hoc project and tasks that may arise and allocated by immediate supervisor. Support operations like CAR/Work Cell/SWR activities.

What We're Looking For

• NiTEC or Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related studies
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience
• Experience in ICP‑OES, IC, XRF, UV‑Vis, titrator is advantageous.
• Laboratory environment with PPE and jumpsuit are required.
