Qualifications

Job description

The Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor is responsible for overseeing inspection activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products that meet quality standards. Candidates with experience in the semiconductor industry are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, lead and supervise a team of QA inspectors overseeing daily QA operation activities.
  • Provide all support related to inspection results, daily output, and other related documentation.
  • Ensure raw materials, components, and finished products are inspected in accordance with specifications and quality requirements.
  • Assist Quality Engineers in the deployment of work instructions and training of new hires.
  • Timely and accurate reporting of non-conformance.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and troubleshooting activities as needed.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and illustrations.
  • Skilled in performing inspection or measurement under microscope and use various metrology tools for inspection.
  • Familiar with use of instruments like micro-meter, vernier, profile projector and other measuring and test equipment.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications and email communication.
  • Experience with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines) is an advantage.
  • Perform shift work & support over-time when required.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
