Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager with a degree in Food Technology or related fields. This role involves analyzing quality data, supporting audits, and developing action plans to enhance product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in the dairy or beverage industry and should be willing to travel. • Approve production lines and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle other quality-related projects as assigned.

Job description

📍 Location: Tuas
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM
💰 Salary: Up to 5500

Key Responsibilitie

• Collect and analyze monthly quality data across Business Units.
• Support external audits, RFCs, and quality risk assessments.
• Develop action plans to improve product quality and food safety culture.
• Maintain Group TQM, R&D policies, and resource documents.
• Assess and qualify new or alternative suppliers (raw/packaging).
• Conduct technical reviews, audits, and hygiene verification (CIP/sterility tests).
• Approve production lines after qualification and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle other quality-related projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Min 5 years of QA/QC experience in the dairy or beverage industry.
• Willingness to travel for business when required
• Knowledge and experience in food packaging qualification and Lead Auditor certification will be advantageous.
