• Take full ownership of quality and food safety standards within the Central Kitchen.
• Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of QA systems and compliance processes.
• Ensure all food products consistently meet corporate and regulatory quality benchmarks.
• Lead regular quality audits, inspections, and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive enhancements in quality control procedures and SOPs for greater efficiency.
• Respond proactively to customer feedback, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Oversee product validation to ensure all items are produced in full compliance with QA protocols.
• Ensure alignment with HACCP, SFA, NEA, and other relevant industry guidelines.
• Manage the QA team and foster a culture of food safety excellence.
• Collaborate with R&D on product innovation, testing, and process development.
• Provide strategic QA insights and support broader organizational initiatives as assigned by the Chief QA Officer/Manager.
