Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to develop and maintain food safety management systems. Benefits:

• Salary up to 3.5K
• 5 days work week (Weekends shift included)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain food safety management systems (FSMS), ensuring regular updates and compliance.
• Conduct routine microbiological testing on products, materials to identify potential microbial contaminants.
• Design and implement lab procedures, testing methods, and sampling plans.
• Conduct internal training sessions on food safety, halal compliance, and quality standards.
• Organize and lead pre-audit preparations, assisting with both internal and external audits.
• Prepare the laboratory for ISO17025 accreditation, ensuring adherence to standards.

Key Information:

• Candidates with exposure in Central Kitchen experience will be highly advantageous
