Qualifications

• Degree in Quality Assurance Engineering / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of ongoing site works to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Develop and maintain Project Quality Plans (PQP) and QA/QC plans for inspection and project requirements.
• Establish and implement appropriate methods and procedures for QA/QC activities.
• Develop and coordinate inspection plans for different phases of the project.
• Perform inspections of materials, fabrication works and project deliverables to identify defects.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders, production teams and other disciplines to support project quality objectives and production schedules.
• Review supplier and subcontractor documentation to ensure compliance with required certifications and building authority requirements.
• Maintain and monitor project quality records, inspection reports, quality audit plans and technical documentation related to site and fabrication quality control.
