Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure all subcontractors comply with LTA M&W requirements and maintain quality control records.
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports, track certifications and follow up with QPS for issue resolution.
• Review shop drawings, coordinate with the design team on production challenges, and conduct mould inspections for new and in-use moulds.
• Arrange QPS inspections for structural elements (e.g., reinforcement cages, slurry quality, trench profiles, concrete casting) and be physically present during asphalt pavement and road diversion works.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 4 years of QA/QC experience in civil construction on LTA Projects.
• Hands-on experience in structural steel works or precast RC works.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
