Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to oversee food hygiene safety and quality checks. Responsibilities include performing routine inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with SFA regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with at least one year of QA/QC experience and holds a degree in Food Science & Technology. Qualifications

Job description
Job Responsibilities
  • Carry out daily hygiene inspection to ensure stringent reinforcement of food hygiene safety in practice.
  • Perform routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process products and finished goods.
  • Check and maintain cleaning & sanitation records, pest control records and production logs.
  • Ensure microbiological laboratory carried out are according to company and government's regulatory standards.
  • Assist in customers' feedback, product rejections and discuss with the relevant departments on the corrective & preventive actions required.
  • Support preparation for SFA inspections, audits and internal audits.
  • Assist with maintaining quality documentation, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Work closely with production staffs to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Applicant must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelors' Degree in Food Science & Technology.
  • At least 1 year of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing, food processing or central kitchen environment.
  • Familiar with SFA regulation and documentation required.
  • Detail-oriented, hands‑on and able to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Team‑player with good communication skills.
