NOVARTIS SINGAPORE PHARMACEUTICAL MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. invites applicants to join its Career Conversion Program for Biomedical Manufacturing Executives, offering on-the-job training at NSPM to develop quality assurance skills in GMP-compliant processes and new product transfers.

The Specialist – QA Operation support will provide QA oversight, review batch records, manage deviations, support inspections, and drive continuous improvement in alliance with site objectives.

Qualifications

University degree in a scientific or technical field; eligible for CCP.
Fresh entrants to biotech/pharma welcome under CCP guidelines.
Good knowledge of GMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

QA oversight of site operations including cGxP, data integrity, and regulatory standards.
QA review of production batch records and deviations including investigations and CAPAs.
Review/approve GMP documents (SOPs, FRMs, QTOs, etc.) and support audits.
Ensure inspection readiness and support external/internal audits by Health Authority or customers.
Drive continuous improvement and standardized workflows; support OpEx projects.
Adhere to HSE guidelines and report potential hazards or incidents.
Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
