Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the quality function and strengthen the organization’s quality management framework. This role is responsible for ensuring product excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will oversee quality systems, drive operational discipline, and support a culture of high performance.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Management
- Lead the Quality Department and maintain a robust quality management system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all quality-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
ISO & Compliance
- Maintain and continuously improve the ISO 9001 quality management system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant quality and regulatory standards.
Process & Operational Excellence
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC procedures to ensure product and process quality.
- Oversee and enforce 5S and other workplace quality standards.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation for audits and reviews.
Team Leadership
- Train, supervise, and motivate QA/QC personnel.
- Ensure consistent application of quality standards and effective inspection and packing processes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in quality management in a manufacturing or precision engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to review data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing QC teams.
- Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Familiar with multipoint cutter, miller, grinding wheel and EDM machines
