Job summary

Tech Aalto is seeking an experienced T24 QA Lead to head functional QA for Temenos T24 modules (ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA, GC) in Singapore. The role requires deep functional knowledge of core banking operations, hands-on test strategy, planning and execution, and experience managing QA teams across large transformation programs.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers and Project Managers to ensure accurate requirements coverage, oversee SIT/UAT and regression

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software testing within banking or financial services.
• Strong experience with Temenos T24 Core Banking platform.
• Proven leadership of QA teams on large banking transformation or migration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA and testing activities for Temenos T24 modules (ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA, GC).
• Define and implement test strategy, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure coverage.
• Manage and mentor QA team members, enforce testing standards, timelines and quality.
• Coordinate and oversee SIT, UAT, regression and integration testing across streams.
• Identify, track and manage defects through defect tracking tools; ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure end-to-end functional validation of banking products including payments, treasury, lending, core banking processes.
• Prepare test reports, defect metrics and quality dashboards for governance meetings.
• Support test environment management and test data preparation with technical teams.
• Ensure adherence to banking regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements during testing.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced T24 QA Lead – Functional with strong expertise in Temenos T24 modules including ETD, DX, FX, SC, CA,and GC to lead testing activities across banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of core banking operations, experience managing QA teams, and hands‑on expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution within large banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of experiencein software testing withinbanking or financial services.
• Strong experience working withTemenos T24 Core Banking platform.
• Functional knowledge ofT24 modules – ETD (Enterprise Data), DX (Digital Experience), FX (Foreign Exchange), SC (Securities), CA (Corporate Actions), GC (General Conditions/Configuration).
• Provenexperience inleading QA teams and managing testing for large banking transformation or migration projects.
• Strong knowledge oftest management, defect tracking, and QA methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
• Experience withtest management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Excellentstakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inTemenos implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.
• Exposure toautomation testing frameworkswill be an advantage.
• Knowledge ofbanking products such as payments, treasury, lending, and trade finance.
• ISTQB or relevanttesting certificationpreferred.
