Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Temp Admin to support the QA Lab Technician and Quality team on a 3‑month contract in Loyang. The role focuses on administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation to smooth lab operations.

You will prepare inspection reports, manage records, and assist with sample and test request processing, with transport pickup available from Tampines, Pasir Ris, Sengkang, Loyang, and Kranji.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting QA or laboratory teams is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the QA Lab Technician and Quality team.
• Perform data entry and update inspection, testing, and laboratory records in relevant systems.
• Prepare and compile inspection reports, test records, certificates, and supporting documentation.
• Support the receipt, logging, tracking, and administrative processing of samples, parts, and test requests.
• Assist with labelling, identification, and organisation of records and related materials.
• Perform other administrative duties assigned by the Quality team.
