Job summary

Zagro is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our Singapore team and uphold product quality from incoming to outbound stages. You will work to ensure inspections meet specifications and maintain QA documentation.

You will support ISO 9000, ISO 22000, and FAMI-QS systems, assist investigations of non-conformances, and help address customer quality concerns. The role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Ability to support investigations of product non-conformances and assist in resolving customer complaints.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming, in process, and outgoing inspections to ensure the inspections comply to the required specifications.
• Prepare, maintain and generate relevant quality assurance reports.
• Assist in the monitoring of ISO 9000, ISO 22000 & FAMI-QS system
• Support GMP inspections and report any non-compliance with GMP requirements to the Head of Production.
• Provide support in addressing and resolving customer complaints related to product quality.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
