Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years in QA, semiconductor experience.
• Experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures.

Responsibilities

Job description

Deployment of Corrective & Preventive Action System – including verification of effectiveness of actions taken.

Lead or attend Materials Review Board (MRB) to assure only quality of products to be shipped.

Quality data reporting: Process / Product capability reporting (internal / external).

Work with relevant departments to ensure CofC reporting is meeting customer requirements.

Internal process and system audits.

Participation in customer audits.

Contributions to continuous improvement activities in support of company goals.

Other job assignments as and when tasked by QM & QA HOD / Section Head/ Manager.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, B. Sc (Physics or Chemistry)
• 2 – 5 years in QA, experience in implementation of SPC and QA control measures in semiconductor environment.
• Strong in statistical techniques and use of statistical tools.
• Critical thinking skills
• Knowledge in use of quality tools – FMEA, SPC, DOE, PPAP, APQP, MSA
• Basic knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949), with audit experience advantage
• High level of PC skills – excel, word & powerpoint.
