Job summary

KINGSFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC professional for a role overseeing inspection, testing, and quality evaluation of offshore drilling and production equipment.

You will design and improve inspection processes, perform QA tests, analyze data, and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams. Work location is Tuas, Mon-Fri, with company transport provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, inspection and testing methods.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure product accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
• Design and improve inspection and testing processes, procedures, and equipment to enhance product quality.
• Conduct quality assurance tests and perform statistical analysis to monitor quality performance and identify potential risks.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure corrective actions and deviations are properly addressed and meet required reliability standards.
• Maintain accurate quality documentation and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.
