Job Description
  • Lead and implement QA activities to meet plant quality metrics and comply with the Quality Management System.
  • Develop inspection plans for aerospace components and assemblies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define inspection criteria and methods.
  • Select inspection tools and ensure measurement accuracy (CMM, optical, gauges).
  • Maintain inspection reports and ensure documentation traceability.
  • Conduct FAI, in-process and final inspections.
  • Create CMM or gear programming for inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, FAA and customer standards.
  • Support audits and perform root cause analysis (8D, FMEA, Fishbone).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inspection processes.
  • Stay updated on inspection technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T and tolerances.
  • Skilled with inspection equipment and measurement tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of AS9100/AS9102/AS13100.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CAD/drawing tools.
  • Advantage: CMM knowledge, NDT exposure.
  • Good communication skills.
