About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail‑oriented QA Engineer with strong expertise in Manual Testing and working knowledge of Automation Testing. You will be responsible for ensuring product quality across the full software lifecycle — from requirement validation to release. Experience in the Private Market or Blockchain will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing of web and/or mobile applications to ensure product quality.
• Build and maintain automation test scripts for regression and smoke testing using frameworks like Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to understand requirements and define test coverage.
• Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to the overall test strategy and planning.
• Identify, log, and manage defects using Jira and track them through closure.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure release readiness and production quality.
• Contribute to process improvement and test documentation.
• (Good to have) Exposure to Private Market/Investment domain applications and related workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of QA experience with a strong foundation in Manual and Automation Testing.
• Hands‑on experience in creating and maintaining automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect management lifecycle.
• Experience using test management tools (e.g., TestRail) and bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• (Good to have) Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman) and SQL for data validation.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in communicating with offshore team (China) is a plus.
