As a QA Engineer within the System Assurance division, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all systems meet rigorous quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including design, development, testing, and operations to identify, analyse, and resolve system issues. Your expertise will contribute directly to the delivery of safe, reliable, and effective solutions that meet customer requirements and regulatory guidelines.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality programs to support QA functions within the Division/Department, ensuring compliance with customer quality objectives and requirements.
  • Safeguard contractual integrity and regulatory compliance through established QA processes, audits, and risk assessments across all contract stages.
  • Maintain and update the Division Procedure Manual in alignment with the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to applicable standards and specifications.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute quality programs across Division/Department/Project activities to achieve defined quality targets and objectives.
  • Proactively initiate actions to prevent nonconformities in products, processes, and the quality system.
  • Identify, document, and address issues related to product, process, or system quality.
  • Recommend and facilitate corrective and preventive actions through proper communication channels.
  • Verify and validate the implementation and effectiveness of quality solutions.
  • Ensure timely closure of audit findings and confirm the adequacy of corrective actions taken.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to product, process, and QMS effectiveness.
  • Prepare documentation and provide support for customer and contract audits.
  • Conduct internal and quality system audits to ensure compliance with QMS standards and follow up on the resolution of non‑conformances.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and process efficiency through structured improvement programs.
Qualities We Value
  • Knowledge in Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Demonstrated experience in system assurance, quality engineering, or a related discipline within the aerospace, Défense, or unmanned systems sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex system interactions and identify potential risks or failure points.
  • Proficiency in system engineering tools and methodologies including risk management, fault tree analysis, and test planning.
  • Possess software experience and/or knowledge.
