Job summary

A leading manpower agency in Singapore seeks a specialist to manage customer quality issues within the semiconductor industry. The role requires a degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or similar, experience in quality issues, and knowledge of statistical tools. The successful candidate will optimize processes and ensure compliance with ISO standards, with a willingness to travel and work overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant engineering or science field.
  • Relevant semiconductor industry experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with IATF16949 is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities.
  • Liaise on quality-related issues for effective corrective actions.
  • Carry out process optimization and benchmarking.
