Job summary

Keysight Eggplant in Singapore is seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join the connectivity team. You will test the gateway product, validate new features, and write automated tests using state-of-the-art tools while collaborating with developers to fix bugs and improve usability.

You will manage regression suites, contribute to test strategy, and help ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile interfaces, leveraging CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a QA role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a regression suite for the Eggplant connectivity products, including the release/signoff process
• Review and improve an automated test strategy for these applications
• Ensure products and components function well to provide an exceptional user experience. Requires good understanding of process management and the ability to adapt to new platforms quickly
• Identify and raise issue reports for bugs
• Provide input to the design and development process to improve testability, quality and user experience
• Develop and drive advanced testing techniques for the project with the goal of improved quality and productivity
• Debugging failed tests and root-cause analysis.
