Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure compliance with ISO standards and oversee audit processes. Candidates should possess a diploma in QA or Mechanical Engineering and have at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Immediate availability is preferred. The role offers a chance to lead a team and interact with suppliers for quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in supervisory capacity.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular internal audit to ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 QEMS System.
• Maintain and improve current ISO Documentation System.
• Responsible to support continual improvement on QEMS system.
• Ensure all audits (external/internal) are carried out smoothly.
• Generate audit reports and follow-up on internal and external audits CAR closure.
• Generate customer reports on Quality Performance.
• Monitor all set Quality and Environmental Objectives and Targets.
• Ensure smooth operations of the various functions in the department.
• Lead a group of QA Technicians/Inspectors on day-to-day activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to achieve and meet customers’ requirements.

• Lead a group of QA Technicians/Inspectors on day-to-day activities.
• Liaise with suppliers and customers to achieve and meet customers’ requirements and Company’s objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma in QA / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in supervisory capacity
• In-depth knowledge in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and CPK
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
