Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned QA/QC Director to lead the plant's quality assurance and control operations in line with cGMP, FDA, EMA, and PIC/S standards.

The role focuses on establishing and maintaining the QMS, overseeing audits and CAPA, approving batch records and specifications, and guiding a high-performing QA/QC team to ensure product safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Chemical Engineering.

Responsabilités

• Directs all plant-level QA and QC operations.
• Establishes and maintains the QMS for regulatory compliance.
• Oversees customer audits, regulatory inspections, deviation investigations, and CAPA.
• Reviews validation master plans, batch records, and product specifications.
