Job Description
- Oversee the overall quality and safety of food products produced at the Central Kitchen and across all outlets.
- Ensure that all food items comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and review quality assurance and safety policies.
- Conduct and manage regular inspections and internal/external audits.
- Maintain and enhance existing quality control procedures to drive continuous improvement.
- Carry out investigations in response to customer feedback and take necessary corrective actions.
- Verify that all food products are produced in compliance with established QA protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout all operations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product quality standards.
- Guarantee that all processes and practices conform to HACCP and AVA/NEA guidelines.
- Supervise and oversee all quality assurance–related functions within the organization.
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Chief Quality Assurance Officer when required.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Food Science, Agricultural Science, or Microbiology.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in quality assurance or related functions.
- Solid knowledge of HACCP programs, auditing, and quality management processes.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards as well as regulatory compliance requirements.
- Highly meticulous with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and cooperative individual who is also flexible, creative, and well‑organized.
- Capable of completing tasks accurately and punctually under minimal supervision.
- A team player who inspires, educates, and motivates others to uphold quality standards.
- Willing to go the extra mile to achieve excellence in work performance.
