ABOUT THE JOB

• Design, build, and maintain backend services primarily using Python, with exposure to Java as an advantage.
• Develop and deploy applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical requirements.
• Integrate AI-powered code assistance tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) into the development lifecycle to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Implement and advocate for best practices in coding, testing, continuous integration, and deployment.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot backend services to ensure resilience and high availability.
• Contribute to innovation initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

ABOUT YOU

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong programming skills and hands-on experience in Python (3+ years).
• Familiarity with Java or willingness to learn it is considered a plus.
• Proven experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
• Familiarity with AI-driven developer tools and a genuine interest in driving innovation.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles (design patterns, APIs, microservices architecture).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, international environment.
