Responsibilities include sourcing suppliers, developing sales strategies, and ensuring inventory is maintained effectively. Responsibilities

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for hardware, tools, and machinery.
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier and vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost-effective purchasing decisions.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for restocking.
  • Ensure imported equipment and tools meet quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base (B2B, contractors, distributors, retail clients).
  • Prepare and present quotations, tenders, and proposals for customers.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to stay competitive.
  • Oversee product demonstrations, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage a sales team to achieve performance goals and provide training where needed.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth product delivery.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance availability and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor slow-moving items and recommend promotional or clearance strategies.
  • Ensure product catalog accuracy and assist in digital/online product listings.
