Job summary

A leading bearing company in Singapore seeks a Purchasing Coordinator to manage daily purchasing functions. Responsibilities include handling invoices, issuing orders, and following up on delivery schedules. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of GCE 'O' Levels and be able to communicate effectively in Chinese due to liaising with suppliers from China. This role requires good negotiation and analytical skills, with a proficient level in MS Office, especially Excel.

Qualifications

Job Requirements
  • Minimum GCE “O” Levels or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1-3 years of working experience.
  • Able to communicate and write effectively in Chinese as the job requires to liaise with suppliers from China.
  • Basic understanding of Incoterms.
  • Good negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Has initiative and positive learning attitude.
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented.
