Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Purchasing Officer to manage inventory and support logistics functions. The role involves planning orders, processing purchase documentation, and coordinating with other departments to address inventory issues. Candidates should possess a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Logistics Management and have at least one year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required. This position offers a salary range of $2,500 to $2,800 and operates from Monday to Friday.

  • Process Purchase Orders and documentation.
  • Assist in operations and inventory control matters.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing materials and equipment.
  • Supervise and coordinate transporting, stacking and shipping activities.
  • Manage warehouse and lay down area.
  • Coordinate with Sales Department on inventory shortfalls or late deliveries.

Working Location: Sin Ming (Near Upper Thomson MRT)
