Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders and purchase requisitions
• Source for potential suppliers
• Compare and evaluate suppliers’ quotations
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and supplier quotations and delivery schedule
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Enter order details into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with store staff to ensure stock level and proper storage
• Perform other purchasing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Diploma in Administrative Management
• 1 year work experience as a Purchasing Officer or related field
• Good communication and negotiation skills
