Responsibilities
- Support the HOD in developing purchasing strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability
- Maintain accurate inventory records, prepare purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Liaise with suppliers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor supplier performance, conduct reviews, and ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations
- Keep up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges
- Source and develop new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Present the firm’s suite of consulting services to potential clients.
- Manage client relationships from initial contact through to project engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Keep updated on industry trends and share insights to shape business strategies.
