Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate and purchase materials.
- Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Manage operational purchasing needs including Purchase Orders.
- Arrange logistics for workers and company assets.
- Record project variations and complete ad-hoc projects.

Job Description
- Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials.
- Monitor and follow up to ensure goods and services are delivered on time.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders' delivery and shipment schedules
- Logistic arrangement for workers and company assets
- Record project VOs.
- Other ad-hoc projects when assigned
Job Requirement
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
- 5.5 working days (alternate Saturday) near Kaki Bukit
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
- Good accounting and cost accounting skills.
