Job description

Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve the best value for the company.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through effective negotiation, value engineering, and logistics optimization.
• Manage the full procurement cycle — from purchase order creation to on-time delivery — including order tracking and issue resolution.
• Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely availability of materials and parts.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand requirements and provide effective procurement support.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong negotiation, supplier sourcing, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
