Job Description
  • Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors; follow up on quotations, deliveries, and outstanding matters.
  • Ensure items quoted are correct and aligned with site requirements.
  • Conduct price comparison and evaluation to support purchasing decisions.
  • Match supplier invoices with supporting documents such as PR, PO, and DO to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in sourcing and obtaining quotations from suppliers.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of diesel usage, billing, and ordering.
  • Monitor tanker fleet status and update relevant records.
  • Handle general data entry and filing tasks.
  • Perform any other related or ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
  • Preferably with experience and knowledge in order processing for spare parts
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Benoi Crescent.
  • Transportation services provided at Kranji, Choa Chu Kang and Pioneer MRT station.
