Job Description
  • Plan and manage all purchasing activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and suppliers.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms.
  • Monitor procurement budget and implement cost saving strategies to ensure that each project does not exceed the budget.
  • Review and approve purchase orders that are within budget and in accordance with project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of pricing, purchasing activities and inventory.
  • Oversee and ensure that all procurement activities comply with Singapore legislation.
  • Other adhoc job required by manager.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office)
