• Well Established Company

• Working Location: Tuas (Company Transport Provided: Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay/ Bukit Batok)
• Monday to Friday: 8:15am to 5:45pm
• Electrical Component; Spares in Manufacturing or Electrical Service

Job Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials from local and overseas as per assigned lists of product range; process Purchase Orders.
• Monitor the delivery of materials & update shipment status to ensure the materials are received at stipulated time for Production commencement.
• Provide clerical support to the Manager and Officer.
• Assist the Manager and Officer in procurement (which shall include sourcing, following up and expediting of orders).
• Filing of purchase documents.

Requirements:

• At least 1-year purchasing experience in buying electrical components & spares in manufacturing or electrical service company.
• Able to commit 4 to 6 months
