Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Purchasing Admin / Procurement Executive to manage IT procurement and vendor negotiations. You will identify business needs, track IT assets, and analyze spending. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and problem-solving abilities. This role offers a salary range of $3500-$4000 and works Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business needs and procure IT hardware, software, and services.
  • Secure the best prices, payment terms, and contract conditions with vendors.
  • Track all IT assets throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and procurement: Identify business needs and procure IT hardware, software, and services, focusing on cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Negotiation: Secure the best prices, payment terms, and contract conditions with vendors.
  • Asset management: Track all IT assets (hardware and software) throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Financial analysis: Analyze spend, identify trends, and report on variances to help manage IT budgets and forecasts.
  • Contract management: Maintain detailed records of contract terms and vendor performance, and manage contract renewal meetings.
  • Collaboration: Work with various teams to coordinate procurement activities, clarify requirements, and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Problem-solving: Address unexpected challenges that may disrupt operations.
