Job Description – Operations Co‑ordinator
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide after‑sales support
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders, and invoices
- Liaise with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and order management
- Manage inventory and logistics across local and overseas stock points
- Participate in team meetings and share best practices
- Demonstrate strong multitasking skills and work independently
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members and manage projects efficiently
- Resolve daily operational challenges with professionalism and precision
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Maritime Studies, or a related field
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with suppliers based in China
Experience
Minimum 3-5 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry required
Notes
- Job Type : Full‑time
- This is a 5‑day work week position. However, the employee will be required to be on standby duty after office hours for one week, on a rotational basis every four weeks.
