Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a candidate to manage orders and procurement for construction materials. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance, processing purchase orders, and addressing supplier issues. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of relevant experience, GCE O/A Levels or Diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This role is critical for effective supply chain management in construction projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in working in construction sites on Civil projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance to PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
• Call for quotations and source for new supplies if needed and recommend awards.
• Follow up on complaints on product quality.
• Process and generate PO / RO.
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
