Job summary

A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage and expand the Electronics supplier base. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the CM/PCBA or similar manufacturing industries and possess knowledge of Electronics components. Responsibilities include supplier negotiations, timely material deliveries, and coordination with freight agents. This role offers a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in CM/PCBA/any similar manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Electronics Components highly preferred.
• Good organizational skills and follow-up.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities

• Source and expand Electronics supplier base through development, sourcing, and approving of suppliers.
• Arrange and ensure timely delivery of materials for Production use.
• Negotiate with suppliers on Electronics/PCBA components.
• Execute Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
• Conduct material cost-saving programs.
• Coordinate with freight agents for shipping goods.

• To arrange and ensuring timely delivery of materials for Production use.
• Good in negotiation with suppliers on Electronics/ PCBA components
• Execution of Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Order.
• To conduct material cost saving programs.
• Responsible for the co-ordination with freight agents to ship out goods and perform other related shipping functions.
• To perform other related job functions as and when directed by the Senior Purchasing Officer / Manager.
