A leading company in electrical engineering seeks a procurement specialist to manage purchasing duties, monitor inventory levels, and handle supplier performance. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience in the construction or engineering industry, with strong negotiation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Manage all purchasing duties and administrative works.
Monitor and keep optimal inventory levels.
Manage and monitor supplier delivery performance.
Review aging inventory monthly.
Generate monthly purchasing report for management.
Source, evaluate and qualify suppliers.
Minimum Diploma Level and above.
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience preferably in Construction/Engineering industry.
Understanding of Procurement process.
Have excellent negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word & Excel.
Immediate availability preferred
