Company Overview

OnScam (SG) Pte. Ltd. operates Singapore’s only independent AI-driven anti-scam and online reputation platform. We equip businesses with TrustScore Verification Services, scam intelligence alerts, and brand reputation monitoring tools to help them establish legitimacy and defend their credibility in an age of rising fraud and misinformation.

We are seeking a Public Trust & Community Manager to kickstart and lead Scam.SG’s community initiatives from the ground up.

This role combines community building, strategic partnerships, and on-ground representation. You will design the framework that enables citizens, volunteers, and business associations to engage with Scam.SG meaningfully — from online communities to real-world collaborations.

You will be the face and voice of our anti-scam movement — leading community drives, forging partnerships with associations, and building the trust network that supports Scam.SG’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Community Building & Engagement

  • Develop and execute Scam.SG's Community Strategy - including volunteer programs, ambassador recruitment and public outreach.

  • Work with our Tech/Product team to build a support framework for community participation (e.g. reporting tools, feedback channels, reward systems)

  • Launch and manage community platforms (e.g. Telegram, Discord, etc.)

  • Design and implement gamification or reward systems to recognise active contributors and volunteers

Association & Partnership Engagement

  • Engage with business associations, trade federations, and professional bodies to form strategic partnerships.

  • Present Scam.SG’s mission, vision, and service benefits to association presidents, secretariats, and committees.

  • Drive association partnership sign-ups, offering premium Scam.SG services for association members.

  • Participate in industry events and association gatherings as Scam.SG’s representative, always ready to articulate the platform’s role in supporting digital trust and online safety.

  • Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with association partners.
