Job description

Come join us and our client, a statutory board, as a Public Service Officer. Together, we care for animals, serve the community, and make a difference every day.

• Location: Tuas
• Working Hours: Mondays to Saturdays 0400am to 1200pm
• Candidate with own transportation is advantageous

Job Duties

• Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
• Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics basic report writing
• Collection and collation of information related to poultry imports
• Updating of inspection records and import statistics
• Responding to customer feedback basic administrative duties like checking import documents monitor home quarantined animals virtually and to contact their owners via phone and video calls
• Crowd control management due peak hours
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• Min. GCE“O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
• Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
• Comfortable around animals such as dogs, cats and chickens
• Comfortable in wearing PPEs (such as N95 masks and gloves)
