Our dedicated Public Sector sales team is expanding, and we seek a seasoned, outcomes-focused Public Sector Enterprise Account Executive. This role is critical for driving the adoption of our platform within the Singapore Public Sector.
The right candidate must possess deep, proven experience in selling complex technical solutions to Singapore Government Ministries, Statutory Boards, and key GovTech/agency stakeholders, as well as Education, Healthcare and Research Segments.
In this role, you will use your disciplined and strategic engagement skills to drive net‑new adoption across strategic agencies while significantly expanding our footprint within existing, mission‑critical public sector accounts.
Your role will encompass strategic account planning, navigating government procurement processes (such as bulk tenders, framework agreements, and G‑Cloud related initiatives), developing, and closing multi‑year business while focusing on solving the unique mission‑critical challenges of the Public Sector and delivering on agreed‑upon business value and working with partners ecosystem that operate in public sector.

You will be successful if you can act with autonomy, take accountability, and leverage a deep understanding of the Public Sector's operational environment.
AS A PUBLIC SECTOR ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, YOU WILL:
- Deeply understand the data architecture, governance, and security requirements specific to the Singapore Public Sector (e.g., data sharing across agencies, handling sensitive/classified data).
- Conduct strategic discovery calls and facilitate customised, compliance‑focused solution presentations tailored to the unique mission of each public sector account.
- Be a highly multi‑threaded, trusted advisor to key leaders and CIO‑level stakeholders within public sector accounts.
- Proactively understand the Government’s digital transformation roadmap (e.g., Smart Nation, Digital Government Blueprint, National AI strategy) to align our value proposition and drive strategic adoption.
- Expertly navigate and leverage the Singapore Government's IT vendor landscape, working intimately with appointed System Integrators (SIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and local partners to successfully deliver value and accelerate customer value realization.
- Qualify strategic agency needs, focusing on high‑impact, Whole‑of‑Government (WOG) initiatives and securing long‑term, sustainable contracts.
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated Public Sector accounts by developing and executing a comprehensive WOG sales strategy and account plan.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (including product, technical specialists, security/compliance, partner team, professional services and legal)
- Maintain experience and expertise in MEDDPICC or similar methodology, applied successfully in navigating multi‑level Public Sector approvals.
ON DAY ONE, WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING CORE PUBLIC SECTOR EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years of Enterprise Software sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years specifically selling complex technical solutions (SaaS, Cloud, Data) directly to the Singapore Public Sector (Ministries, Statutory Boards).
- Demonstrable experience executing complex sales strategies within the Singapore Public Sector across areas like Data Warehousing, Public Cloud Adoption (G‑Cloud), Digital Government services, or AI/ML projects.
- Familiarity with the Government Technology Agency (GovTech) structure, key digital initiatives, and the broader ecosystem of vendors and partners serving the Government.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore Government procurement cycle, including proven experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, managing contracts under various T&Cs, and navigating specific agency security and legal reviews.
- The ability to articulate our company's strategic value in the context of Singapore's Digital Government Blueprint (DGB) and align our solutions with key national data and cloud strategies.
- Proven experience growing multi‑million dollar, multi‑year contracts and expanding the business presence within critical Singapore Government accounts, requiring skills in long‑term account planning.
