Qualifications

• Extensive track record of successful new business sales and account expansion in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong C-level presentation and negotiation skills.
• Experience selling to and expanding relationships within Singapore government agencies or GLCs desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing account executive team for Singapore's public sector.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive public sector sales strategy for government procurement and digital transformation.
• Engage in territory planning and stakeholder relationship development with government bodies.
• Navigate Singapore’s digital transformation roadmap to identify strategic opportunities.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive new business and account growth.
• Manage forecasts and pipeline with emphasis on public sector cycles and timelines.
