工作职责 / Job Responsibilities

• Develope and oversee the global PR plan to boost the company's brand awareness and enhance the company’s reputation, together with PR and Corporate affairs teams in local offices and Marketing teams in all product lines.
• Cultivate and maintain relationship with various media and influential professionals (e.g. industry technology media, financial media, we-media, and other communication channels.)
• Work with domestic HR team and professional PR agencies (domestic and overseas) to edit and review external news contents (English70%/Chinese30%); plan and organize public relations and media activities; cultivate media relations and public relations.
• Establish a PR management system and crisis PR response process, implement public opinion monitoring system on the media and social platforms. Deal with emergencies, critical information and sensitive issues in a timely and closed-loop manner.
• Maintain close communication with other departments of the company and cooperate efficiently.

任职资格 / Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or any other relevant fields.
• More than 4 years of PR work experience, experience in an Internet, tech, finance, media or PR company background is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both in Chinese and English, to simplify technical content and make it accessible to a wide audience. Excellent ability to summarize and integrate communication plans.
• Familiar with media operations, investor relations and public relations
• Outstanding knowledge and experience in public relations and ability to navigate complicated issues with thoughtfulness and confidence.
