Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate communication, manage and enhance organization’s publicity and reputation in the market.
  • Handle project media relations and press inquiries.
  • Engage and inform stakeholders through marketing communications strategies, including newsletters, circulars, and campaigns.
  • Regularly engage with customers, manage complaints and suggestions, and collaborate with management to address concerns.
  • Ensure all public complaints and feedback are addressed promptly and appropriately to maintain public trust and safeguard the organization’s reputation.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports and updates to the project team.
  • Supply materials for use in public relations campaigns, such as presentations, pamphlets, and brochures.
