Its wholly-owned subsidiary in Singapore, Nukem International Pte Ltd, undertakes international business and regional expansion functions, focusing on nuclear energy development and cooperation in Singapore and ASEAN countries.

Job Responsibilities
  • Interface with the policy and regulatory authorities of countries in Singapore and ASEAN that are preparing or planning to develop nuclear energy;
  • Promote strategic communication and cooperation with government agencies, energy authorities and industry associations;
  • Maintain and expand the company's public relations and cooperation network in the ASEAN region;
  • Support the company's business expansion, policy research and project advancement in the Singapore and ASEAN markets;
  • Coordinate resources of the headquarters and regional teams to ensure consistent information communication and strategic execution.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to those majoring in International Relations, Public Policy, Energy Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Familiarity with ASEAN energy or nuclear energy policies, and experience in public relations or government affairs;
  • Strong communication, coordination, and cross-cultural exchange skills;
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Chinese or major Southeast Asian languages (such as Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, or Malay) preferred;
  • Prior work experience in international energy companies, multinational organizations, or government-related institutions is preferred.
