Job summary

A major infrastructure development firm in Singapore seeks a Public Relations Officer to manage communication with stakeholders, handle feedback, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in public relations, alongside strong communication and engagement skills. This position involves organizing public relations strategies and maintaining the company's reputation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Public Relations field.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing PR strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders.
  • Record and follow up on feedback until closure.
  • Liaise with government departments and sub-contractors.
  • Design and prepare monthly newsletters.
  • Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback.
  • Organize certification works in the upgrading precinct.
  • Maintain the reputation of the company.
  • Prepare PR monthly reports and management updates.
  • Handle Site Office Administration work.

Responsibilities
  • Handle verbal & written feedback from stakeholders in the form of emails, letters and face to face meet up.
  • Record and follow up on feedback until closure of case.
  • Liaise with various Statutory Boards, Government Departments (i.e. HDB, PUB, Town Councils, MOM etc.) and sub-contractors to ensure smooth execution of works.
  • Design and prepare monthly newsletter (if required) to update residents and public on the work progress.
  • Arrange for defect inspections in response to feedback by stakeholders.
  • Organize and co-ordinate both certification works in the upgrading precinct.
  • Maintains the reputation and goodwill of the company.
  • Planned and ad-hoc public relation monthly report and weekly management meeting updates.
  • Responsible of Site Office Administration work.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Public Relations field.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Public Relations strategies or programmes
Working hour:
  • Monday - Saturday / 5.5 Days
