Job description

We are a well-established construction company with an enviable track record in major civil engineering and building works. To meet our continuing growth, we require suitably qualified candidates for the following position:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Liaise with various statutory board and government department (i.e., HDB, PUB, MOM etc) and sub‑contractors to ensure smooth executive works.
• Resolve public concerns/feedback/complaints relating to the project.
• Organise and co‑ordinate both planning and ad‑hoc rectification works in the upgrading precinct.
• Assist the Project Manager with all other documentation.
• Be in charge of all public‑relation duties and customer enquiries.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports, weekly updates, and other materials as required.
• Promote a positive relationship with stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
• Hardworking, helpful, independent, initiative, and teamwork oriented.
• Preferably a Junior Executive specialised in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Only Singaporean or Permanent Resident; must possess at least an "O" level qualification.
• Must be able to be at site.
